This rant has been posted on Twitter» Work Politics - Help needed

How to deal with work politics? Basically, I am not getting very positive responses from my team members, and if they do communicate with me its very rude. I lost interest in my job and have not given it 100% because of lack of communication from my team and degraded comments I receive whenever they do communicate. I think my team members are ganging up on me and giving negative feedback to get me out of my job.

Lately a Senior Project Manager spoke to me and kind of gave me a verbal warning that my performance is not very well.

I am wondering if I should speak to the project manager and explain the situation among team member and how they speak of/to me. Or should I just quit the job, or continuing working and keep up with all the shit thats happening?

I dont want to act like a pussy and cry to my project manager but at the same time I do want him to realize the factors that are leading to reduced performance?

Work Place Bullying - Read about it I think you will find you have a case to answer here.
You should explain to your colleagues that you are in no way prepared to take the abuse they are ladling on you. If this fails you are well within your rights to approach a more senior manager to address the issue further.

Act now as your lively hood is at stake. You do not have to endure this type of abuse nor should you.

its not abuse its honesty. You said yourself your performance isnt 100% so they are right to give you negative feedback. stop using that as an excuse and pull your finger out.

#1 is giving you the wrong advice, do that and it will be down the drain with you. You are learning a very important lesson - you are only as good as your team. This whole situation is a leadership issue and not your team bullying you. The answer to your question is simple, stop being a boss and start being a leader. If you don't know the difference between the two you're fucked anyway, no matter what. Good luck.

#3 ... What's up dude, If you going to give advice do it right ... It would of  taken you 10 seconds to explain the difference between a Boss and a LEADER

A Boss is an arse hole who exercises control over workers ... And doesn't know the meaning of the word respect

A LEADER, Is a person who takes leadership, also guides & inspires others
a good Leader also knows without the workers he/she is NOTHING!! ... Respect a great tool to take to work everyday

feedback is acceptable from team members, being rude isnt it.  Whether you are crap your job or not they are overstepping the mark.  You have no choice but to escalate the issues to your manager because an obstructive team is stopping you from doing your job.  If on the other hand you are just shit at what you do keep your mouth and look to move into another area.
